Deposit Guarantees

Deposit guarantees constitute a security for deposits and occupancy fees paid to tenant-owner societies. The contractor building or transforming premises intended for a tenant-owner society can take out the policy. The Guarantee is conditional on a Completion Warranty underwritten by Försäkrings AB Bostadsgaranti. These products, in conjunction with Bostadsgaranti's expert scrutiny of the project, constitute an excellent cover for a new tenant-owner society and its members. The premium is paid once and for all.

Advance Payment Guarantee

The Advance Payment Guarantee protects a party who has made an advance payment for the enjoyment of an apartment in a tenant-owner society; future tenant-owners are sometimes required to make such down payments when they enter into a so-called preliminary agreement with the society. The contractor building or transforming the premises for a tenant-owner society takes out this guarantee.
